On‑Demand IT Services

Help by appointment

For businesses, churches, schools, and nonprofits that have a specific IT problem but aren’t ready for managed services, we offer on-demand help by appointment.

What we can help with

These services are for organizations only, not walk-in consumer repairs. Work is scheduled by appointment, and for local jobs we arrange pickup or a secure handoff when equipment is needed.

File or Data Recovery

Help with file loss, recovery attempts, and file access problems on business systems and servers.

Network & Wi‑Fi problems

Troubleshooting for network issues, slow or unstable Wi‑Fi, and related connectivity problems.

Email & Microsoft 365 issues

Help with email delivery, mailbox access, and Microsoft 365 setup or changes for your organization.

Computer work for business systems

Diagnosis and repair for business desktops and laptops by appointment when it makes sense to fix them.

Server & application problems

Issues with on‑premise servers or key line‑of‑business applications staff rely on every day.

Other one‑off IT issues

Case‑by‑case help for other specific problems, when the work fits our tools and expertise.

How on‑demand works

1. Tell us the issue

Share what’s broken, how it affects your organization, and any deadlines.

2. Confirm fit/pricing

We confirm it’s a good fit, outline the likely cost, and explain what we’ll need from you to proceed.

3. Schedule the work

For local clients, we set up onsite work, pickup, or a secure handoff; remote work is scheduled by appointment.

4. Clear next steps

You get a simple summary of what we found, what we did, and any recommendations.

How we perform on‑demand work

On-demand work is by appointment and available only for businesses, churches, schools, and nonprofits, not residential. For local work, we include travel in the quoted cost and arrange pickup or a secure handoff when equipment is required. Remote and onsite jobs start with an initial prepaid block of time; if more time is needed, we explain why, confirm the cost, and take payment before continuing.

Have a specific problem?

Tell us what’s going on, and we’ll confirm if it’s a good fit, what it will likely cost, and how to move forward.
